This last winter, my husband and I took a week long vacation to TX to visit the family.
At one point, we all took a day trip to visit some of Calen’s family in Houston and we stopped by a park to take family pictures. It’s quite a deal when all of us are all together since we live so far from home!

Did you notice the matching green scarves? Cute right?! The trip to TX is 16 hours so I had to have something to do on the trip when riding with two gentlemen that would rather not make a lady drive. (Or at least that’s how I view it… maybe they just don’t trust me behind the wheel…) Calen’s was actually one of his Christmas presents from me too!
His scarf is the herringbone stitch and mine is just a basic knit stitch. So glad my husband proudly wears the things I make him 😉
